All drivers must have a valid driver's license in their possession to rent a vehicle, as well as a major credit card, preferably American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Renters must have full coverage insurance constisting of Liability, Comprehensive and Collision coverage that fully transfers to a rental vehicle.
